Makassar,https://fk.umi.ac.id/"> fk.umi.ac.id – The Faculty of Medicine at the Indonesian Muslim University (FK UMI) held a workshop on Developing Performance Evaluation Tools for FK UMI Structural Officials through 360-Degree Feedback, which took place today in the Prof. Dr. dr. H. Razak Datu Auditorium on the 2nd floor of the UMI Faculty of Medicine.
The event featured Prof. Dr. Sangkala, M.Si, as the keynote speaker, who is recognized as an expert in the fields of performance management and organizational governance. Participants included the leadership of the UMI Faculty of Medicine, the Head of Administration (KTU), as well as the Heads of Subdivisions (Kasubag) and faculty members within the UMI Faculty of Medicine.

The purpose of this event was to prepare for the development of the faculty’s Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Operational Plan (Renop), particularly to measure and evaluate leadership performance in an objective, comprehensive, and sustainable manner.
In his presentation, Prof. Sangkala explained that 360-degree performance evaluation is an assessment method that incorporates various perspectives—not only from superiors but also from peers and subordinates. This approach is considered capable of providing a more comprehensive, fair, and transparent picture of performance.

Through interactive discussions and technical presentations, participants gained an understanding of how to develop evaluation instruments, key performance indicators, and assessment implementation mechanisms aligned with the institution’s development vision.
This activity is expected to serve as a strategic step for the UMI Faculty of Medicine in strengthening a culture of performance, accountability, and good governance, while also supporting the transformation of the UMI Faculty of Medicine into an institution that is excellent, professional, and competitive.
