Makassar – The Faculty of Medicine at the Indonesian Muslim University (FK UMI) strengthened its international cooperation network by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LPK Kizuna Incubation Maros on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. WITA.
This collaboration involves the Asia Sustainable Business Cooperative, the ISC Japan Association, and Kizuna School, with the primary goal of supporting the further studies of prospective international students from Japan at the UMI Faculty of Medicine.
Through this partnership, the UMI Faculty of Medicine is opening opportunities to expand educational access for prospective international students, particularly those from Japan. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the UMI Faculty of Medicine’s network in the field of education while supporting the admission process and preparation of prospective international students who will continue their studies at the UMI Faculty of Medicine.
The partnership with LPK Kizuna Incubation Maros is also part of the UMI Faculty of Medicine’s commitment to expanding the reach of medical education to the international level. The presence of international students is expected to foster a more diverse academic environment and create opportunities for interaction and the exchange of experiences among students from various countries.
