Makassar, September 22, 2025 – The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the Indonesian Muslim University (FK UMI), Dr. Nasrudin AM, Sp. OG (K), MARS, M.Sc., FISQua, AIFO-K, accompanied the on-site evaluation for the launch of the Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Specialist Education Program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This evaluation was conducted by a Collaborative Team from the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti), consisting of evaluators from Dikti, the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI), the Independent Accreditation Agency for Health Higher Education Institutions (LAM PTKES), the Association of Indonesian Medical Education Institutions (AIPKI), the Association of Indonesian Teaching Hospitals (ARSPi), and the College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The purpose of this on-site evaluation was to assess the readiness of the FKIK UIN Jakarta to launch the Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialization Program and to ensure that the program meets Indonesia’s higher education quality standards. Through this evaluation, it is hoped that the Faculty of Medicine at UIN Jakarta can improve the quality of education and research in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Nasrudin AM, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at UMI, demonstrated his commitment to improving the quality of medical education in Indonesia through his participation in this evaluation.
