The UMI Faculty of Medicine held a general lecture featuring the Dean and First Vice Dean of the University of Islamic Sciences Malaysia (USIM) as speakers.

The event took place on Saturday, June 29, 2024, in the UMI Faculty of Medicine Teleconference Hall on the 5th floor.

The general lecture was officially opened by the Dean of the UMI Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. H. Nasrudin AM, Sp.OG(K), MARS, MSc, FISQua.

Prof. Dr. Mohd Fadzillah Bin Abdul Razak (Dean of USIM) presented a lecture titled “Science and Psychopharmacology of Depression,” while Associate Professor Dr. Noor. Fadzilah Zulkifli (First Vice Dean of USIM) presented a lecture titled “Health Screening for Older People.”

The event was moderated by Dr. Muhammad Alim Jaya, PhD, Sp.KJ, a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the UMI Faculty of Medicine. This general lecture was attended by faculty members and all students in the UMI Faculty of Medicine’s professional medical program.
