A female student from the Faculty of Medicine at the Indonesian Muslim University (UMI) has once again brought honor to her hometown after achieving a remarkable accomplishment.
Nur Afdhaliyah, a 2019 freshman at UMI’s Faculty of Medicine (FK). She emerged as the second-place winner in the Women’s Arabic Quranic Exegesis category at the 32nd South Sulawesi Provincial Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ), held in Bone Regency.
“This achievement is a source of great pride for her home regency and the institution where Nur Afdhaliyah is pursuing her medical education, namely the UMI Faculty of Medicine.” Although Nur Afdhaliyah ultimately placed second, she remains grateful.This is because in this competition, she competed against participants from other regencies and cities in South Sulawesi who also performed quite well.
